We mainly produce animal feed pellet line machines, such as feed crusher, feed mixer, pellet machine, dryer and cooler, pellet packing machine and all conveyors. For pellet packing machine details , as below :
1.feed pellet packing machine is integrated by packing machine and sealer . which can weight and close bags automatically. the integrated type is very flexible. Which type sealer will be organized, depends on bags materials.
2.If bags materials are mainly plastic , then feed pellet packing machine should install heat sealer , if nylon or paper bags, cloth bags, then need to change sew sealer .
3.animal feed pellet packing machine can measure weight and pack bags automatically , there is weight sensor and adjustor on packing machine , when adjust weight into one stable number for example 25kg/bag, bags will fall down to bottom conveyor automatically when reaches weight , then bags will conveyor to sealer. Then sealer will seal bags automatically and print production date.
